Boutique One Eleven, formerly Beachy Boutique of Lake Kiowa, is located at 111 South Commerce Street on the historic square of downtown Gainesville, TX. Owner, Tammy Walker was able to bring the historic Cheaney & Wood Saddle Shop of 1879 back to life. Her extensive remodel unveiled the original brick and flooring, and the store proudly displays a saddle made over 100 years ago in the very same building.

Boutique One Eleven is a unique retail shop, giving Cooke County and surrounding areas trendy fashion, unique gifts, custom jewelry, shoes, and delicious gourmet food items.
