We are sure that you can easily determine which category the drink you are drinking belongs to.

Healthy drinks are any natural sugar-free drinks.
Unhealthy drinks include alcohol and any sugar-laden drinks.

The application allows you to control the following parameters:
- water consumption should be at least 60% of the total volume of liquid drunk.
- water and healthy drinks should be drunk not less than the selected norm.
- it is advisable to exclude unhealthy drinks from consumption.
