You start with a brief breathing exercise called 4-7-8 : 4 seconds to breath in, 7 to to hold and 8 to breath out, done 4 times. Our timer will help you with that exercise. After that - read countdown text that helps you to relax and fall asleep, from 30 to 0. Not asleep yet ? Please find some short stories to read that will help you to be more relaxed and sleepy.
