Benji is a cohort-based health program you can use anywhere, anytime. Through expert-led lessons, a personal health coach and a supportive community, you’ll build a healthy life that you’ll love.

HOW BENJI WORKS
We give you the tools and knowledge you need to live a healthy life. This includes expert-led lessons, a supportive community, and guidance from your own health coach.

Each Benji cohort consists of a group of like-minded individuals on the same journey as you. Cohorts cheer each other on to create long-term change.

At every step of the way, you’ll have direct access to a personal health coach who can address any and all of your questions and queries.
