We want to elevate your boxing experience. This app uses customized AI to detect different movements, making tracking your workouts a breeze. It also keeps track of the total number of movements you performed. When you come back for your next boxing session, you can try and beat your previous best.
How it works:
Set your iPad/iPhone on the floor or a table and hit “start workout.”
Walk far back enough so your whole body can be seen by the camera.
Perform the movements on screen. The large, centered text is the current action, and the ones in the small box on the left are the upcoming actions.
