iTWO fm HelpDesk has a direct interface to your existing iTWO fm installation and is able to process transactions, maintenance management or fault messages. The app is able to record any type of e.g. technical breakdowns or requests to your internal HelpDesk, capture photos and much more.

The app is available for several platforms. The prerequisite is a licensed web service and a current iTWO fm server. The web service can be used for all platforms.
