The programme includes Psychoeducation, assessments and practise recordings with an inbuilt feature to track to your progress as you build this essential internal resource. The technique of breathe work in managing stress has shown to lower your cortisol levels, crucial for bringing down levels of stress. The interventions in this programme will offer you a safe way to address stress, anxiety, grief, depression and anger so that our moods don’t start to take over our personal and professional lives.
