The Velo-city conference is the annual flagship event of the European Cyclists’ Federation (ECF). Like no other event, Velo-city offers a knowledge exchange and policy transfer platform where advocates, cities, decisionmakers, academics and industry leaders meet to shape the future of cycling.
Taking place on 14-17 June 2022, this year’s edition will be jointly hosted by the European Cyclists’ Federation (ECF), Gospodarsko razstavišče d.o.o (GR), Dekon (PCO) and the City of Ljubljana. Velo-city conferences attract a growing number of 1,400 delegates, the so-called Velo-citizens. Each conference takes place with a particular theme over the course of four days with a programme that consists of plenary sessions, side sessions, an exhibition area, technical visits, social events and a bike parade.
