Centivo Virtual Primary Care is a free and convenient care option that allows Centivo plan members to visit with a primary care doctor from the comfort of their own home – by phone or computer.

With Centivo Virtual Primary Care, each member will have a Primary Care Team to administer preventive, acute and ongoing chronic care, refer and coordinate in-network specialist care, order imaging and laboratory study orders, fill prescriptions and provide patient counseling and education. Your team can also keep an eye on how you are doing using data from Apple Healthkit and other sources.

Centivo Virtual Primary Care is an easy-to-use option for all covered family members who are 18 years or older.
