Mindful Meter is a watch app that lets you quickly record your minutes spent mindfully engaging in various activities, such as thankfulness, insight (e.g., reading), meditation, exercise and service. You can add a complication to your watch face that shows the status of your mindful minutes compared to a daily goal you set. The number of minutes shown gradually decreases during the day, so when the complication shows a low status you can be reminded to engage in additional mindful activities to keep meeting your daily goal.
