Entering a daily log of your activities, the charts may give you an idea of why you are the way you are. Filter your daily moods by:

Take your iPad with your results to your doctor or just email your results to a close friend or your medical practitioner. Keeping a daily log is essential to get a clear picture.

Initially, you may think it’s a lot of work, but to get an ideal picture of what’s going on you have to be focused and enter a daily log. Set up an in-app ‘Alert’ to remind you to add to your log or anything you want like medication times.

All data is stored in the Cloud and will NOT be lost when changing or upgrading iPads. The iPhone version will be available soon and your history will be available immediately after download.
