This application deals with different complaints related to EasySol Software i.e.; Billing Stopped, Printer Problem,Invoice Settings or any other Complaints which are registered daily. It provides easy way to register online complaint and give complaint number instantly. This System pertains to maintenance of details of complaints received, Status of the complaints and action taken to resolve those complaints.
