Express Classes - These classes are perfect for when life gets that little bit too busy and you need time to yourself on the mat. This collection contains videos under 30 minutes.

Voice notes - short audio notes for motivation and discussing all things yoga living and yogic philosophy. The community's new favourite - as it's like the EMY podcast!
