USA Softball of Virginia, Inc is a 501(c)(3). The purpose of the non-profit corporation shall be to foster, develop, promote and regulate amateur softball, to provide proper safeguards in accordance with the spirit of true sportsmanship, to encourage the unification of all amateur teams and qualified umpires to advance the cause of amateur softball and to promote and conduct softball tournaments in Virginia.
