A Phase 2a study application for use in the clinic by trained clinicians and staff. Authorized personnel are enabled to collect subject ID, visit information, and then provide the mobile app to consented research participants. The mobile application will collect questionnaire and vocalization data from study participants. The application uses the onboard iPhone microphone to process vocalizations, process the data, and report the data to the study team. This application is designed for use under the supervision of research staff. Participants are consented prior to use of the application.
