This app focuses on convenience and user experience. Easily and comfortably track your fasted state hours and reach your weekly goal.

There are no buttons in the app that are fully exposed and waiting for accidents to happen. Use swipe-actions when you intend to start, stop or reset a fast. Or use swipe-actions when you want to delete or edit a previous fast.

For use cases when you want more accessibility make use of ready made Shortcuts and add them to your Today View with the Shortcuts Folder Widget. Or why not ask Siri to start, stop or reset a fast when your hands are indisposed.


All of your data will be saved in your own iCloud account and can be synced seamlessly and without effort for you between all of your devices (iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and macOS).

No data is collected. Delete it at anytime by accessing the Data section through the Settings tab.
