It works by using the motion sensors on the iPhone or iPod to feel a bump. You can lay the device on the table, prop it up against something or velcro an old case to a target. It works like magic when you try it!

An easy user interface and minimal words make Kendo Dummy a breeze to use. A setup screen (hit the 'i' button) lets you adjust how much motion triggers a hit and also lets you vary the delay time. It automatically restarts after each hit so that you can get ready and train again without touching the screen. A reset button lets you reset the "best" time too.
