Using PowerMeter you can measure the standby power of devices at home or electricity production of your Solar PV panels.

The App measures the time between impulses ±20ms and calculates the corresponding power usage with high accuracy. Depending on the class of your electricity meter the result is ±1% or ±2% whereas popular energy monitors are sometimes even 10% off.

Note: This App will not work with infrared LED, so if you can't see a red light flashing on the meter the camera will not be able to detect the impulse.
