The cards are grouped in to smaller sets for children to learn to identify all fifty states. Touch the control cards at the top to hear the correct pronunciation of the state names. Then drag the picture cards and label cards in position underneath the control cards. This app is fully manual to mimic working with three part cards in physical form!
