My Business Expenses is a comprehensive app for recording all your business purchases and mileage.

The App functionality allows you to capture photos of receipts and record these with your expenses throughout your working day.

The mileage calculator helps you work out your business miles between 2 points and includes a really handy Distance Calculator that calculates your trip distance using the fastest route. You can also save your favourite locations for places you visit most often.

You can then create a claim form and either select the relevant expenses manually or use the auto-select feature to add them on to your designated claim form.

Once you are happy with your expenses claim you can submit (email) them to a line manager for approval, or forward them to your accountant as a PDF or CSV attachment depending on your requirements.
