Jillian Hardwick is a certified Pilates and fitness instructor with 13 years of professional experience. She felt a natural calling to the practice of Pilates after suffering a back injury and having no luck with physical therapy. One Pilates class and she was hooked. It became a pivotal role in her healing journey and a reliant form of rehabilitation, but most importantly, a lifelong practice.

Jillian took ownership of HB Pilates & Fitness in 2012 and has since helped THOUSANDS of people transform their lives and create lifetime habits for long-term health.
