Personal Training & Nutrition Coaching.  Better Life Fitness provides a one-on-one guided training program with a less hands-on approach for those who would like to get fit, tone & conditioning and/or lose weight. Or, if you are disabled or have worked with your physical therapist or occupational therapist but you would like to progress further. Some video training can be provided online. Nutrition and fitness assessment will be offered. You will also learn balance, stability, posture, strength, flexibility endurance, nutrition coaching education and more. 3 Free water aerobics classes and 1 Free Tabata class are available weekly unless unforeseen events occur. Or if the facility is closed.
