My mission is to deliver tool that will help you to keep track of your lifts and make progress, and maybe even motivate you to do more or do it better.
I promise that I will never change the free feature to a paid one, nor will I hide basic functionalities behind the paywall like limiting routines or trainings, blocking the copy button, showing a paywall every few screens, etc. (all the bad stuff other apps are doing).
Key Features:
-Create unlimited workout routines composed of an already existing exercise base. Use different set types like a warmup, dropset, myo reps, failure, negative, back off, cluster set, all the types for bodybuilding nerds. You can also assign tags to workout routines to easily group them based on your needs. One place to store all of your workout plans, forever.
-Log workouts for your routines or start an empty training if you prefer non-planned workouts.
-Use automatic or manual rest timer to not waste time and be focused at the gym when training, you can set various rest time lengths for warmup and working set and even set various times per different exercises
-Dashboard - Create a personal dashboard with widgets, just like your phone's home screen! You can choose from many widgets in various sizes, like workout consistency, workouts in this week, exercise or workout metric (volume, max weight, max reps, etc.) over the time (3m, 6m, 12m all time), last backup date, weight chart. This allows you to have all the needed data and motivation at a glance, always when you open the app, see how strong you have got or how many kilograms you have already lost
-Use a custom keyboard to input reps, weights, kcals, and distance - it makes using the app frictionless. you can copy the value from the previous set or increment and decrement it based on the exercise type, so for dumbells, it will be +1, and for barbells +1.25 or 2.5 depending on your weight units
-Check exercise execution history on the go to see what weight you used a few training sessions ago
-Add one-time or pinned notes to improve your form, remember the machine setting, gym name, or whatever you need
-After you finish the workout logging, set the proposed weights, reps, calories, duration, or distance for the next time, to ensure progressive overload or progress and optimal hypertrophy
-Offline first - no internet connection needed, I know some gyms have poor reception, so all the workout data you create is stored on your device
-No tracking - your privacy matters to me
-Backup - you can always backup your data to be sure you never lose it
-Copy widgets to a clipboard or save them as transparent PNG images to use on your social media posts and flex your strength gains or weight loss
-Charts & stats - check how do you perform over the time for a specific exercise or workout routine to ensure you are progressing. You can also easily check your max lifts and other records
-General day notes - note whatever you feel relates to your workout performance or health or fitness
-Weight measurements - track your weight over time to ensure you are either maintaining (body recomposition), bulking, or cutting
I hope my app will help you build all the muscle you want, lose fat, gain strength, or whatever your goals are, in general just progress and be better. And if you have no workout goals but just want to store all the data that is fine too. Remember, we all are gonna make it!
