The application is provide to multiple company's, they can access app using license key and start the business.
o Water Bottle Delivery
Once the water bottle delivery is assigned to the customer, the driver will deliver the items to the assigned customer.
To deliver the water bottle item, the driver will trace the customer’s address displayed on the app.
Once the delivery is delivered, the driver will upload the customer’s signature and will create an order of the delivery for the respective customer.
Once the delivery order is created, the driver can update the order by changing the order status, by adding comments and order notes.
o Machine Service
Once the service is assigned to the customer, the technician will complete the service at the assigned customer’s location.
To provide the machine service, the technician will trace the customer’s address displayed on the app.
Once the service is done, the driver will upload the customer’s signature and will create an order of the service for the respective customer.
Once the service order is created, the technician can update the order by changing the order status, by adding the problem and soliton notes, and by editing the comments and order notes.
o View Order
The application will display the order history of water bottle delivery and machine service in the respective account of the user.
