Our More than Macros Coaching staff prioritizes teaching you lifelong routines, habits, and education about nutrition for any stage of life. You will get a customized nutrition plan based on your goals, metabolism, and hormones. Your 1:1 coach will adjust your plan as you progress to optimize your results. Our coaches stay up to date on science based practices and use these techniques in their every day coaching to get you closer to your goals. All you need to do is log your food using the built-in food tracker, log your daily habits, complete your weekly workouts built in app, and check in weekly.

The App is free to download. A paid coaching plan is required to use the app. Payment for the monthly subscription will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. Auto-renewal may be turned off in Account Settings in iTunes after purchase. Once purchased, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.
