The My Personal Weight Loss Coach app connects you with your individually tailored wellness plan from your provider. Receive daily meal planning, exercise guidance, lifestyle modification support and motivation.

As a patient, you will receive the specific content of your custom plan in the app. Track your progress including calories, activities, body metrics, steps, water, and sleep in an interface shared with your provider, including integrations with Fitbit and Oura Ring. Communicate with your provider/the office in realtime through personal journals and direct private messages.

This app is integrated with the Apple HealthKit. Choose to share your steps, calories expended and other parameters directly with the app.

Intuitive Design

The app is designed specifically for patients of providers associated with Optimal Longevity Academy and you can't use the app unless you're a patient already under their care. Use the app on your iPhone or iPad. Optimal Longevity Academy and your provider uses an admin web-based portal where they can tailor the program to your needs, monitor your progress, and communicate with you directly.
