1. **Set Targets and Design Protocol Stack**: The app enables you to set your daily, weekly or custom targets. You can design a custom protocol stack that captures your whole day and make it easy to track them on a daily basis. It is like setting up your calendar but designed around health.
2. **Track**: The App allows the users to track information across the six pillars of longevity —
1. Recovery — This includes sleep (automatically tracked using data from wearables). Users can track their own custom protocols like sauna, NSDR etc.
2. Nutrition — The app provides an end-to-end interface for diet/supplement/nutrition tracking with macro and micro nutrient measurements.
3. Movement — The app allows you to track your workouts be it Cardio or Strength or Flexibility exercises. This allows you to focus on your physical fitness in a holistic manner. For strength, our app provides a database of more than 500 exercises with more than 10 different equipment types.

5. Cognition — The app allows you to play cognition games within the App focused on different aspects of mind such as attention, reaction, memory, recall etc. You can also track your times for your meditation, mindfulness, brain training and other cognition enhancement protocols.

7. In addition to the pillars above, the app also allows individuals to track their blood test reports, fitness tests such as VO2 Max, DEXA scan etc. by importing the PDF files of their test results, track custom values that do not neatly fit in existing categories
3. **Integrate**: The app integrates data from your wearables including integrations from Apple Health, Samsung Health, Google Health Connect, Fitbit etc. The app can also read environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, UV Index etc. around you to capture all things health around you.
