This is the official application for the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA)-supported 2023 Comprehensive Opioid, Stimulant, and Substance Use Program (COSSUP) National Forum, the premier federal conference for communities tackling the threat of opioids and other substances to the public safety and public health of our families, neighborhoods, and nation. The event will be held on August 29–31, 2023, in Arlington, Virginia. More than 1,000 BJA COSSUP and other program grantees, federal leaders, training and technical assistance providers, and stakeholders will convene to learn about and share innovations and promising practices, leverage strategies and resources, and pursue solutions to America’s deadly substance use crisis through presentations, targeted assistance, and peer engagements.

This mobile application is funded through a grant from the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA), Office of Justice Programs, U.S. Department of Justice, and is designed to maximize attendees’ COSSUP National Forum experiences and learning opportunities.
