With Sour & Dough, you'll always have the perfect recipe within arm's length. Just give us the amount of wheat flour you want to use, and the app will calculate the rest of the ingredients. Always keeping the baker's percentages in mind.

In the Sour & Dough app, you can expect
- Always the perfect recipe with 65% hydration. For us, the perfect ratio of water/flour.
- Handy check-off functionality. Never wonder if you already added the salt.
- Dark mode. Because: why not?

We're also working on
- Schedules with timer. The app will tell you when it's time to fold the dough, when the autolyse is done and when you'll need to pre-heat your oven.
