In Workouts, you'll find the tools needed for creating routines, managing workouts and exercises and monitoring which days you plan on doing them. In Nutrition, you can add foods to your daily log, review historical logs, and set your nutritional goals.

Can't find what you need in either? Fit Assist also lets you create new exercises or food to add to the large array of options for both.
