More than 200 delicious and healthy recipes (sweet, savory, sauces, soups, dressings, drinks, and smoothies) with calories and macros to help you meet your goals. It Includes recipes with omnivorous, vegetarian, and vegan options.

Health Kit: With user permission, the applications communicate with the HealthKit store to access and share this data. The app allows you to connect to HealthKit, which provides a central repository of health and fitness data on iPhone and Apple Watch.
