The LI-RADS app implements the American College of Radiology's Liver Imaging Reporting and Data System (LI-RADS) logic. Users can input lesion characteristics for an arbitrary number of lesions, for which the appropriate LI-RADS category is derived.

As of version 1.2 the UNOS-OPTN lesion category is derived, and the LI-RADS schema is updated to v2014. Version 1.3 brings minor corrections to both algorithms. Version 1.4 brings LI-RADS v2017 support.

The anticipated userbase is of radiologists and hepatologists, both of whom need accurate and quick lesion categorization.
