You can take pictures, add descriptions with text or voice, and quickly complete inspections. Digital signatures complete the review and a PDF report is automatically sent to the homeowner and internal managers. Once you are ready for final sign-off on occupancy, download the completed review and have your Purchaser sign off on the completed deficiency list. Digital signatures complete the form and a PDF report is emailed to all applicable parties.
