The Perform Rehab App is dedicated to improving the health and fitness of athletes at Perform, a part of Spire Healthcare.

The App was created by Physiotherapists for people of all ages and types of injuries. The app provides you with HD video exercises to follow as prescribed by your physiotherapist or S&C Coach.

It is designed to put you in control of your exercise programme and recovery. You always have your video exercises with you on your phone so can exercise anytime and anywhere.

The APP features:

Exercise Videos – Dedicated video exercises and instruction of your rehab exercises that have been sent to you directly. The proper technique will ensure you recover faster from your injury.

Your Statistics – This gives you a log of your exercise program and how you felt when completing your exercises.

Exercise Diary – which logs the days you have completed your prescribed exercise program and lets you add notes and set reminders for your exercises.
