This can be configured by using the Service mode toggle on Companion Mobiles’ main login screen. When attended mode is selected, the user will connect directly to an operator, if EVERGREEN is so configured. When unattended mode is selected, the user will be prompted to enter a passcode to connect to a conference as was the only mode in the last release.- Keypad support - Keypad support provides the user capability to enter DTMF commands when needed. - Customizable bandwidth based on connection method - Companion Mobile provides the user capability to specify their desired bandwidth based on their connection method. This can be configured in the Settings menu under “Bandwidth on WiFi” and “Bandwidth on Cellular” properties.- Mute Mic on Connect - Companion Mobile can be configured to mute its microphone automatically when connecting to a conference. This can be configured in the Settings menu under the “Mute Mic on Connect” property.What’s fixed?- Companion will audio mute when receiving a POTS call on phones. It will automatically resume when the call completes.
