Steadfast Fitness & Performance is a personal training and sports performance facility designed for all families. SFP is located in Coppell, TX - just north of downtown Dallas.

Our mission is to create an engaging, positive, and energetic environment from which a Steadfast dedication to health, fitness, and performance will translate over into all aspects of life.

We pride ourselves on having fun and getting better in an inclusive environment. No matter if you need to lose weight, working out for the first time, or you’re a professional athlete, this is the place for you. At our 14,000 sq/ft facility, we serve families through the experience of personal, small group and sport specific team training. The services that we offer range anywhere from 1-on-1 customize training, small group training, group fitness classes, boot camps, team strength and conditioning, rest and recovery, and corporate wellness.

Our educated, friendly and encouraging staff is here to ensure that you have the most fun and effective experience possible. Customization is key here - everyone is made differently and requires different and specific approaches to attain specific fitness goals.
