This is the basic version of the Emotion Recognition Test developed by the Institure for Facial Expression. During each test you are shown 14 facial expressions of the basic emotions out of 56 different facial expressions of emotions. You are asked to select the corresponding emotional label.
At the end of the test you get the result, including the overall hit rate, the emotion-specific hit rate and the confusions, which occured more than once.
This basic version will developed further in the next time, including more picture of different intensity and other emotional categories, like masked negative emotions.
