The App includes features such as social media integration, public forum and educational content such as quizzes. The App has a Citizen Science approach and is being utilized as a platform to raise environmental awareness and engage the community to support conservation. The App allows users to interactively discover species, likely to be found around the user in field, based on location. Users can send images to a subject matter expert requesting information about the species they have observed. Information on protected areas and ecotourism sites in Abu Dhabi can also be browsed through the App.
