Mobility solution is designed for Sales and Operations team of Facility Management business with user level & data level security.
Sales - Team
Sales team can record their daily sales visit conducted for prospects and existing clients. It is an intelligent visit log with multiple data matrices. App will notify sales person for total no. of plan due for the day.
Back office team will upload and manage Quotation sent to prospects on daily basis.
Sales manager will allocate, un-allocate and reallocate Account Manager to each Quotation. He can input his special comments to instruct or guide the sales team for each specific proposal or quotation.
Sales team can manage their daily follow-up and negotiation data in app. App will notify each account manager on total number of follow-ups are planned for each day.
App is equipped with Data Visualization and dashboards to analyze Sales visit , Quotation status , Won/ Loss status timeline wise and user wise. Winning probabilities and ageing statistics of quotation helps management to plan their projection and supports decision making activities.
Management can visualize sales team performance duration wise at account manager level and company level as well.
Operation Supervisor will book the Job to be conducted and same job can be shared to team members and ERP /CAFM user. There is dependency of any system or master data availability so that operation can initiate there job. This App can be considered as Level-1 data collector to provide input to ERP/CAFM system having multiple dependencies.
Operation Coordinator will manage resources deployment for each booked job.
Operation Manager can and analyze the data through visualization tool like
1. No of jobs are booked in a day or duration by a particular Supervisor.
2. No. of Resource engagement or planned date wise
