Check Quality APP is an Inovale Agro solution to manage the quality of fruit processed in the packing house and that works together with AgrolinX Web - an online platform that integrates several Inovale Agro solutions that help producers manage, from end to end, end, its entire production chain.

The Quality Check basically consists of four steps:
1) Creation of verification models: Stage destined to the creation of parameters that will be analyzed to evaluate the quality of the packed boxes;
2) Definition of quality standards: Step intended to create evaluation criteria for each quality parameter created in step 1.
3) Quality Events: Step that consists of indicating the verification model and quality standard, the type of box being analyzed, the employee who packed the box and mainly to fill in the parameters of the verification model for comparison with the criteria defined in the quality standard.
4) Online monitoring: Monitoring of quality events through the AgrolinX platform where indicatives will be shown such as: number of events held, approved, disapproved; Performance of quality events by employee, cashier type and quality standards, among other reporting features on the platform.


In practice, the Check Quality solution works as follows:
• On the AgrolinX platform, the customer will register several parameters of their process, such as: employees, types of boxes, fruit varieties, Quality models and Quality standards.
• At the operational level, the Employee packs the boxes and indicates that it belongs to him; If you have the Check Packing solution, the indication can be made using a QRCode.
• In the application, the quality inspector will download the registers of cashier type, employees, verification models and quality standards; It will hold the quality event and finally sync these events for online monitoring.


To this end, the application has the following features:

Without internet connection:

• Creation of Quality Events with the verification templates and standards already downloaded;
• Details of the events held
• Filtering of events performed by type of box, verification model, employees and result (pass or fail)

Connection need:
