The National Youth Council of Nigeria(NYCN) plate number app was created by the Anambra State chapter to prevent the an authorized use of the plate numbers which is issued by the National Youth Council of Nigeria, especially the Anambra State chapter.

This became necessary because of the complaint received by the state chapter from security agencies in the state that there are a lot of people using the plate number without getting authorization from the youth council.

With this app, the state chapter believe that the perpetrators of this evil acts will be discovered, arrested and punish in line with the laws of the federation.
