Welcome to App Fit!

This app was created as part of the project "Healthy and Beautiful" financed by the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy and developed by AIPD, Italian Association of People Down.

Being healthy and beautiful means eating foods that help you stay fit and healthy and exercise.

In the app, a character will give you some simple tips on how to eat and live healthily. You will find a personalized daily menu, tips on what to eat during the week, you can also indicate if you do physical activities, to store your weight and mark any changes.
You can also share on social meet your goals!

The texts are easy to understand and there are so many images that will guide you in your choice of menu.
