The Magenta App for Decentralized Issue (DCU) offers Dutch fire departments the opportunity to improve the handling of so-called Priority 2 & 3 messages outside the domain emergency room care. Under Priority 2 & 3 are reported including storm damage, New Year's Eve and other events means that the large number of non-urgent reports to the central monitoring station to handle the messages to the individual forces and units late.

The DCU App already largely complies with all requirements as specified by Fire Netherlands (BVIM) held within the project DCU. The App can all Dutch central stations are connected. To connect the DCU App on your monitoring station please contact with Magenta MMT.
