A very convenient program for training on the Frolov simulator, both by the classical method, and by Denis Permyakov's system. The program can also be used to hold breaths according to Buteyko.
The program presents several training modes, both with fixed and free parameters. There is also a special mode for long pda measurements for those practitioners who will practice endogenous breathing training.
The program will be gradually improved and finalized.
