Inventory has developed an asset management application that allows its management from a physical and financial point of view. Thus, the application manages:


- Physical description of each asset with its associated individual number and its standardized description, including including digital photography if it had one

- Location data according to the parameters agreed with the client, both physically and logically or departmentally

- Financial data: invoice No., price, CAPEX, PO, date of purchase, etc. The application calculates amortizations, enables monthly financial closures and allows budgetary simulations

- The application manages assets individually or in groups. Thus, it is possible to consult the usual financial operations (monthly closing by account, by cost center, etc.) as well as asset management operations (derecognition of an element or a group of elements, etc.)

- Security: Profile and user management

- Functionality: Segmentation of databases according to each client's criteria, linking with roles and profiles

- Operation: It allows relations with ERP and exports to common user formats (Excel, etc)

- Asset review. Now you can manage a review from AMA to verify the status of your assets from your mobile device.

- Multi language. The application interface is offered in the same language as your AMA application.
