“Ekushey Boi Mela on Map” is an android based app, which is a “Tech4Social Good” initiative of Bangladesh Open Innovation Lab (BOIL) developed by Bangladesh Open Innovation Lab (BOIL).
This app is aimed at delivering the location of book stalls for the book lovers who find it difficult to find out their desired stalls in the fair. Using this app one can find any book stall with directions to it on the fair premises and its surroundings.
Keeping in mind the need of book lovers, this app will be updated every year with new features along with the updated book stall list from the fair. This app neither can be used for purchasing books nor for showing book related advertisement. However, users can get this type of information from Bangle Academy website.
This app has been developed keeping in mind the goal of our present Government "Using the information-technology for all spheres" and we have tried to bring it at a different level as national level like book fair. We are hopeful that your spontaneous support and use of the app will allow all the book lovers coming to the fair to enjoy the public event like this and provide a pleasant experience.
