Create Tasks and make them as descriptive as you like.
Save these tasks into a loadable template.
If you like, create a 2 minute easiest sub-task that you can accomplish very easily for each task. (Sub tasks are not saved in templates)

Start the task/sub-task and you hear a notification sound. When 2 minutes are complete, it makes the sound again signalling that your goal for the task/sub-task is achieved.

If you don't attempt a task/sub-task it clears itself in a day's time. So, in case you don't have anything on your platter, try loading the previously saved template and repeat everything on the new day!
