Photographic documentation is divided into two groups:
1. Activity attachments: you can always insert attachments to the current activity
2. Activity minutes: it is possible to insert photos of minutes only if the activity status is set to Completed.
If you move from the Completed state to another state after selecting or taking photos of the minutes, they are temporarily removed, but if you return to the Completed state, the previously added photos will be shown again, avoiding data loss.
