What is Digicare?

Digizorg is your personal care assistant. The app gives you easy insight into your medical data and self-control.
The app can currently only be used by Erasmus MC patients. Other healthcare providers soon followed.

What can you do with the app?

View your appointments
With the app you can see which appointments you have. This is useful, so you always have the latest overview.

Measure and pass on at home
Measure your weight, blood pressure and heart rate at home and pass it on via the app.

Complete questionnaires
Complete questionnaires through the app. This way your healthcare provider knows how you are doing.

This app is under development. New functionalities are added all the time.

Privacy and Data Processing

We store all data that we collect from you in the Digizorg app securely.
