In our dairy we produce handcrafted cheeses and dairy products based on cow's milk, goat's milk and mixed milk. We only use 100% Italian cow's milk, coming from the best stables in Lombardy, in particular from mountainous areas.

In respect of the territory and in order to enhance its typical products, our dairy has chosen to enhance the short supply chain directly from the producer to the final consumer.
